 LIMITED CHICKEN AND VEGETARIAN MEAL DEALS AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT FOR PURCHASE(FIRST COME FIRST SERVE). PLEASE MAKE PERSONAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR FOOD OUTSIDE OF WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH YOUR MEAL DEAL PURCHASE.

If you're staying in a hotel, please check in at the office to get your room keys, then please make your way down to registration. 


 If you are coming in an RV and would like hook ups you must reserve your spot with Apache Lake Marina prior to the event.  


 RV dry camping must be paid at the Marina store upon arrival.




 

Remember "cash" only at the event for the raffles / t-shirts purchases, as we do not have internet access and cannot take credit cards.

NO REGISTRATION FEE! 


*AA & Al-Anon Meetings & Workshops


*Campfire meetings Saturday Night Raffle/Kids Raffle and activities


*Free Coffee


*Bring Lawn Chairs


*Camping available for $30 per carload paid upon arrival at Apache Lake Store


*RV Site Rental Handled by the Resort


*All dogs must be on a secure leash
